1. Salary scale system:
– Basic salary: 3,320,000 VND

Average income: 4,000,000 – 4,500,000 VND/month (12 hours/day – rotating shifts)

+ Security guards pay: 10.5% of basic salary
+ Company pays: 22% of basic salary

RECRUITMENT COSTS AND PAYMENT METHOD
The costs that security guards must pay when receiving a job include:
Uniforms worth 600,000 VND (including: 02 sets of uniforms and other accessories)
2. Payment method:
– Recruitment fee will be paid after completing the application for job acceptance
